You won’t find a better hotel in this area. Amazing views , modern rooms , royalty worthy beds, luxurious property... just get a car to explore. Pretty close to all the attractions as well.

Amazing hotel, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Situated in the small village of Biot. Gorgeous surroundings, perfect for couples/families.
Definitely recommend having your own car if staying here - Antibes etc short drive away. Pool area clean and extremely relaxing. Room clean and beds very comfortable. Nespresso machine and Bose speaker nice touch. Patio area from room was also pleasant.
Negatives - breakfast is a rip off. Do not bother paying for this as it’s €19pp and the quality is not worth it. No table service/fresh food made to order - all croissants/cereal/beans/scrambled eggs and some fruit. Very basic.
Go to the local bakery and get stuff there.
Also - you have to pay for further coffee/tea in your room which is a bit ridiculous considering the price of the place.
Tv is a smart one but no internet connection therefore no Netflix which is disappointing.

Overall - definitely book this place for some relaxation, tranquility and sun. I hope the hotel makes the above improvements because it’s definitely onto a winner.

This hotel might be small but it really packs a punch when it comes to style, comfort and service! The rooms are beautifully appointed and the beds are extremely comfortable, with good soundproofing and air conditioning. The hotel is located just a short walk away from the beautiful hillside village of Biot, it is perfectly located for exploring the Riviera. Biot itself has lots of good restaurants, easily walkable for lunch or dinner. Plus there is a bakery and small supermarket a stones throw away from the hotel if you haven’t opted for breakfast or fancy a simple lunch. The pool area is also lovely with lots of loungers and a stunning view towards the village. I hope to return one day soon!
