Lovely venue, tucked away down a side street in Biot, looking out over the valley. Waiter, Eric, welcomed me, settling me in with a sweet amuse bouche of fresh watermelon pieces and bruschettas with tepanade and aoli.
A nice asparagus salad was followed by lamb with wild mushrooms, veggie flan (light as a pillow - the best I've had in France), and frites. Yum! The menu came with 2 glasses of wine (a very nice red), and don't we all love cloth napkins?! The music was low jazz (just the thing for lunch). The views and breezes were lovely. Impeccable service beginning to end.
Great food. Great service. Great music. Great experience. Treat yourself in Biot!
