Owner description: Discover this Cote d'Azur seaside Palazzo, luxurious reconstitution of an Ancient Greek Villa. At the edge of the sea, facing the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula, the Villa is a magic place that takes you back in time. Entirely furnished and decorated, the Villa's many rooms bear witness to the art of living and refinement of Ancient Greece. The Villa is also a place for wedding and receptions organization.

“Fabulous location for wedding reception and party”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 6, 2013

Truly beautiful villa in prime location looking out over the Mediterranean- great views, landscaping and the villa itself is truly beautiful - proved perfect setting for wedding reception and party. The outdoor space on the terrace worked really well for blessing and around 100 guests, before moving inside for dinner- spread out through the main rooms and the central open air courtyard. Very lucky to be able to experience this in such a idyllic setting.

“Greek Villa in France”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 5, 2013

This Villa is worth to visit, even though it is not Greek origin (a replica). Because the reproduction itself is more than hundred years old there is no plastic or styrox but 'real thing'. Listen the audio-guide (no additional fee), so the rooms, furniture and facilities give an excellent ouch to ancient life. And don't forget to enjoy the great view.

When visiting Nice and surrounding area DO NOT MISS Villa Grecque Kerylos. A short walk from the train station in Beaulieu-sur-Mer our tour and afternoon walk on the gournds was a highlight of our stay. When paying the entrace fee be sure you secure a hand held tour recording (free w/ID) in order to learn the story behind this amazing domicile, its 'eccentric' owner, and his knowledge of and fascination with Greek civilization that compelled him to build this home over 2 years of planning and 6 years of construction. Located on the point with a panoramic view of the sea and surrounded by a beautiful garden, I suggest planning on sitting and taking in the view, sun and sea. Be sure to eat at one of the wonderful restaurants just a short walk into town or at the port facing the large yachts as food is not available.

“must see in the south of France”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 16, 2013

Fantastic replica of a Greek villa built by a wealthy couple in the early 1900's. Everything is an authentic reproduction of 5th c. BC Greece. The breathtaking location on the Mediterranean makes it that much more spectacular. Definitely listen to the audio tour as it is a perfect amount of info about Greek history and that of the villa itself.

“Accurate replica of Greek villa”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 14, 2013

This authentic copy of a Greek villa was built in the early 20th century by a true lover of all things Greek.

The beautiful location on the water adds to the charm of the building.

However, purchasing the audio tour (there is a fee) would be absolutely necessary for a true understanding of the decoration , architecture and Greek life.
