We were on holiday here visiting Cannes and the town of Antibes isn't that far away by train so we thought it would be more cost effective to stay outside of Cannes. This hotel is only a 2star rating but don't let that put you off.
The staff are friendly and speak multiple languages which I think is brilliant and they will help you with regards to train times, bus times etc.
The hotel lobby, like the rest of the hotel, is quite dated but is clean and tidy with a seating area, drinks machine and leaflets rack for attractions in the area. All rooms are on the first floor and upwards so you can either take the stairs or use the lift. We tried both and it is probably quicker using the stairs even if you're on the third floor as the lift is a bit slow.
Our room was very dated in colours (mainly brown) but everything was spotlessly clean, everything was well set out and everything worked. Our room didn't include tea making facilities but it did include a TV, a hair dryer and it had a small balcony which was nice.
The bathroom was quite small and didn't have a bath, but the shower was lovely and powerful and easy to use unlike some in other hotels.
Breakfast was in the breakfast room downstairs and was a 'Continental Buffet' breakfast. Everything you could want was there- cereals, juices, cheeses, meats etc and, of course, croissants! You could sit outside if you wanted to and I would recommend this as it was lovely- we even saw a gecko!
All in all, well worth it and good value for money.
Extra info-
Cost was around €75 per night.
Good links to Nice Airport via the airport shuttle bus.
