Great location. Within 5 mins walk of everything you need: beach, restaurants, shops etc. With car you can enjoy numerous resorts along the Riveria. With a bit more attention to the pool maintenance and general tidiness then a 5/5 is within touching distance.

This hotel is definitely not four stars hotel. Overrated and overvalued. We were disappointed. We ordered apartment for a family of four people, but it was incommodious. The bedroom was so small that you cannot even normally move in it or use wardrobe. The safe inside wardrobe was broken. You do not feel comfortable in the sitting-room either, too small for being of all together at the same time. The bathroom and sink were also terribly small. Free Wi-Fi is slow and unreliable, and can be used only for browsing. If you want to normally receive your mail or send attachments you should use payable Wi-Fi. It looks like nobody cleaning the territory and looking after the garden. During our stay nobody removed the fallen dry leafs. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Close to harbor, small beach, old city and train station.

For location and value for money this can't be beat - but it could all do with a lick of paint. As for the pool, it is an accident waiting to happen, with mouldy, cracked tiles, steep steps with no handrails, and hazardous gullies leading into it. You could easily trip and fall into the latter - and in fact my daughter did and had to go to A&E. There are no attendants by the pool and the reception staff were not interested other than to hand us a first-aid box and call us a taxi for the hospital. The taxi driver reckoned they should have called us an ambulance but were worried about what this would do to their image and alerting the authorities to the health and safety issues referred to above.

Stayed at this hotel for the third time. Cannot find any hotel with a nicer location for us in Antibes. 5 minutes walk to the old town and harbor. Lots of swimming pools for the kids to play in. Great to have your own kitchen so you can choose to make your own meals. Short walk to eat out if you don't wanna make it. Friendly staff. Have to say that this hotel has improved a lot since I visited to years ago. Then the staff and the cleaning was not very pleasant at all. Only problem with cleanliness now was an ant problem in our room. Beds were good, slept like a baby every night. But some noise from the streets when the city wakes up.

The one bedroom unit was warm and comfortable with the bedroom separate from the living room. The kitchen was usable but small. The WiFi was unreliable. The guest has to provide everything, something I expected to be the case. A comfortable armchair would have been welcome but the sofa bed sufficed. The desk staff was helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The old-town is very close with its multitude of bars and restaurants. I was there during the off-season. The pools were closed but I can imagine that during the summer it is quite a place for having a great time.

Room Tip: Pay extra for the ability to choose a Port-view room.

Just back from a March (2013) month long stay at P&V Antibes location. Front Desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Located on the edge of the Old Town. Minutes to the train station and local bus station which will take you anywhere in France. Bus cost one euro. Ten minutes to Cannes by train, twenty minutes to Nice by the train very reasonable costs. Buy a Zou card makes train prices 1/2 the regular costs good for up to four people travelling at the same time any where along the coast. Three supermarkets within a five minute walk from P&V. Apartments vary in size some have large living rooms with small bedroom and vice versa. Kitchenette functional, fridge, stove top - no oven but has a dishwasher. Linens changed weekly.

Room Tip: Choose a floor on a high level for a view of the port ask for north facing
