This hotel is a find. Its certainly not a fancy glitzy extravaganza like most of the hotels around and near the Cap D'Antibes but neither is it a dirty, over priced, ugly budget stay. It wasn't the cheapest hotel available but near enough and really for our money we got a beautiful simple hotel in the tranquil Cap D'Antibes. The nearest towns were about 20-30 mins walk away and the nearest beach was 5 minutes away.
The bedrooms are very basic but most importantly they have efficient air conditioning and the staff do a great job cleaning each day. The jewel in the crown though is the breakfast served every morning on the beautiful patio. Fresh coffee; as much as you can eat of fresh breads; cheeses; meats; yogurt; cereal and fruits served by a very pleasant waitress and you start the day watching the sun gather strength in the azure blue sky. I can't tell you what a fabulous start to the day this was! Every day after breakfast we would buy our lunch from the local shop and walk to the beach to claim our spot on one of the the small, sandy beaches. The hotel also has a very nice smallish pool with plenty of sun loungers and even in August only ever had one or two families occupying it,
The hotel has a lovely local feel and we were holidaying with French and Italian families who all shamed us by speaking perfect English of course!
The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant but there are plenty within walking distance or by public transport.
If you are like us and choose not to rent a car the local bus stops almost outside the main entrance to the hotel and is a bargain! Taxis to Cap D'Antibes are outrageously expensive!

I have reviewed this hotel before and so I wont go on about it too much further except to say that we had recent cause to have a one night stay here again in Mid September. One night in what is still termed high season on the riveria cost us 106e for the room inclusive of a few cokes and bottles of water.

Our entry level room had a little terrace, great power shower and well needed powerful AC which we had on for the entire stay......As before the room and amenities were spotless.

This is NOT the hotel du cap but it is a wonderful base for some cap training for the very active or simply as an in between point for tourists looking to venture up and down the coast.

For what its worth I think this is the best value on Cap D'Antibes.

This is a great find and something I'm more than happy to rate so highly. We were looking for something not out of this world price-wise and with a central location. Beau Site can't be beat as far as I can tell. Nice hotel with large rooms and great quality for only being a three star hotel. Service was really friendly and most spoke English. Breakfast buffet was quite good, rooms were clean, pool area was well kept and they had their own, free parking lot. You will need a car when here but I'd highly recommend having a car anyway when in Antibes as there are so many wonderful things to go see. Using a taxi doesn't make sense and biking it sure will be tough workout-wise. We would definitely come back here. Really enjoyed our four day stay.

This little hotel is in simply one of the best locations on Cap D'Antibes. It is 5 mins drive from both Anitbes and Juan Le Pins and is 1 min from the front door of the famous Hotel Du Cap Eden Roc. It is sitauted amongst some of the most stunning and magnificent villas I have ever seen and is in a mecca for fitness addicts as can be seen by the hundreds of people running, walking and cycling past the front door of the hotel every day.

We stayed in the hotel for one week as our our own house in the area was occupied by family. We had heard good reports locally of the hotel and the owners and were looking forward to a proper provencal experience.

We stayed in a bonne comfort room which was quite spacious by french standards and was located in the hotel annex at the back of the property on the first floor. The room is basic enough to be fair ( ie not on level of ritz carlton or four season luxe! but neither is the cost!) but is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The AC worked well and was a welcome relief from the recent raise in temps.

The bathroom was spacious, spotless and had a great walk in shower - no bath in our case which we were more than happy with.

Both the bathroom and bedroom had a large shuttered window - very french but they are also great for keeping room cool. Our double bed was comfortable and large. TV options in the room are basic so i would come armed with books etc - no multi channel sat viewing here which was almost a nice relief!

The hotel pool is very nice and we spent two days just lying there under the sun - it was a pleasant break from the cost of le plage privee! It is very quiet and again spotlessly cleaned and obviously very well maintained.

The major thing to remember about this hotel is that a car is essential. There is a bus but its not too frequent so shouldnt be relied upon. The hotel offer free on site parking.

The hotel is situated right next to a small supermarket which is handy for stocking up on small priovisions but note that the rooms do not have fridges or mini bars etc so food will not keep for long.

The hotel breakfast is simple and tastey and well priced - they dont offer dinner or lunch as everyone wants to explore the local eateries for this but it does offer round the clock bar facilities which are delivered on to the pleasant patio or by the pool.

All in all this hotel represents fantastic value for money in an unbeatable location and we will return.

Simply put - this is a great hotel. It is located out of the hustle and bustle of Antibes and Juan-les-Pins on gorgeous little peninsula. To really enjoy it, I think you'd have to drive - there are so many scenic routes in the area. Hotel has its own compound, which is really cool, since most villas - and there are some serious Chateaus and villas nearby - have high walls as well. Right across the street is a little grocery store - so if you hunger for fresh fruit - it's right there. Now, let's talk beach - there are 2 of them 5-minute walk away, but we tried only one - Garoupe. It's very nice, but definitely not the best on Riviera. What is one of the best on Riviera is the walk around the Cap D'Antibes (Sentier du Littoral) which starts at the far right end of the Garoupe beach. It is simply spectacular. You can start at the beach and make your way around the Sentier until villa Eilenroc (half-way) and walk up the streets back to the hotel, or go all the way around the cap.
Hotel itself is very airy, with bright sun coming through plentiful windows. It has a pool, bar, interior courtyard and a dining area. It has a wifi, but it was down when we were there. Bed is comfortable, pillows are nice, bathroom is very nice as well.
Staff is extremely helpful, they checked us in really early even though we showed up much before check-in time.
We also were leaving very early - had to catch a plane out of Nice, so we had to get out before receptionist was back on duty, but everything worked out - they got our card ahead of time.
Overall - just a great experience.

We booked this hotel further to reading the Tripadvisor reviews & are glad that we did.
We agree with all the good points made by previous reviewers: friendly helpful welcome & staff; comfortable clean room & bathroom; good breakfast, served in a very pleasant garden as the sun was shining - the dining room inside looked very nice too; well-stocked tourist information section in the reception area with comfortable seating area in which to take your time & browse through leaflets to plan your days.
The location was as expected & having a car was very useful, although there is a bus stop close by. We walked along to the restaurant "Jardin de Cap" for dinner one evening on the recommendation of Pascal and enjoyed the experience.
This hotel is as peaceful as it can get in a very busy place.
We would have no hesitation in recommending it to others and hope to make a return visit one day.
