Being a vegetarian in France can be a little tricky...but not in Antibes thanks to Chez Helen. Here the welcome is warm, the food is organic, fresh, beautifully prepared and served. There is a vegan and gluten free option daily along with the regular staples. The fig tart is to die for!!! It's a small, rustic place with a great atmosphere...thanks to the attention of Helen and Sebastien. I've eaten there several times now and never been disappointed with the nutrition and beautiful food...with a modest price tag!
