This property is centrally located in Antebes, France. The property is condo like. It is a small, cozy environment. The rooms are very clean and modernly furnished. The owner was hospitable. We would stay here again.

A perfect first night to our honeymoon. We arrived and were offered the parking space right outside the door. Bernadette was lovely and offered us a glass of champagne on arrival to celebrate. The room was perfect and very modern with a view over the square from the balcony. Air conditioning was very welcome as it reached 32 degrees. Dinner in the brasserie was superb with lovely wines to match, great service. We made a trip to the Musée de Picasso in the morning which should not be missed in Antibes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks for everything!

Small yet very nice room. Good bed, and bathroom very new and clean. Tv with few channels and mostly dubbed TV, good wifi though. Extremely close to old town so no need to pay extra to stay there. The service is good, except for the night receptionist the Sunday we arrived, he seemed to be on slow, disinterested mode and just wished us good luck when we said we would go out to find something to eat (we arrived late evening after kitchen closing time). The brekfast was gourmand good but not so filling. No fruit or veggies, but a few choices of ham, cheese and salami in addition to croissant, egg and cereal/yoghurt. Good service though and very baby friendly.

A delightful hotel smack bang in the middle of Antibes with all of its bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. My partner and I stayed for one night on our way to a 2 week holiday elsewhere. After a 14 hour trip the fact that our room was on the top floor and there was no lift was nearly a deal breaker with all our luggage but once we got to the room that was forgiven. The room was modern, beautifully air conditioned with a lovely view over the town and fabulous shower room. The owner was so helpful to us in sorting out our onward journey and the hole experience was a lovely start to a fantastic holiday.

My partner and i stayed here for one night before going to Golfe-Juan. When we arrived nothing was too much for the owner and manageress. The rooms were immaculate, the shower luxurious and powerful and the location exceptional. Once there were enjoyed good food and wine at a reasonable price and on the day we left the manageress spent considerable time helping us find the right bus for our next destination, even phoning ahead on our behalf to ensure we arrived safely and everything was in order. I couldn't have asked for more. Many thanks!

I stayed here with my boyfriend in August 2012 for one night as part of a whistle-stop tour of the cote d'azur.

The location of the hotel is great - in the centre of town and only a short walk to many of Antibes bars and restaurants. Warning for anyone driving there without a sat nav though - many of the roads around town are narrow and part of one way systems so it took us an age to find (not the hotels fault but worth a mention for anyone planning a visit - best bet is to drive to a nearby car park (hotel does not have parking) and walk to the hotel from their with your luggage - we found a car park within a 5 minute walk.)

Our room was on the small side but was really well appointed, clean and decorated in a modern boutique style. Air con was very good and a blessing in the heat! Bathroom equally so - bright, clean, no bath but large shower cubicle with very hot water a decent pressure.

It is true what other reviewers have said about there being no lift and a narrow staircase - this was no issue for us (and anyone used to staying in other centrally located smaller hotels will no doubt be used to this kind of thing). I suspect the staff would be more than happy to help anyone really struggling if need be.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and took the time to provide us with a map and showed us where points of interest were NB the staff do seem to each have more than one role (eg working in restaurant as well as covering reception) so you may need to alert them to you when you arrive!

We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that aspect.

Overall, this isn't a luxury hotel offering lots of services / facilities, but you do get a very decent room and location for the money.

Pros: Bernadette is wonderful, welcoming and very accommodating! She was was very helpful on decisions to be made during our stay. The rooms were modern and very clean! Decor was very tasteful and peaceful. Sleeping was very good because it was quiet and dark at night! The location was great because it was close to all sites and the beach. The restaurant gave the hotel lots of activity which was an added bonus.
Cons: No elevator. It was only bad when we had to take our luggage up but other than that the 3rd floor walk up was fine. The check out section was very small so with luggage it was a bit hard to maneuver.

Overall, it was a great hotel and would recommend it.
