If you're a budget-conscious diner, forget it. This place charges all the money and it's worth it.
I've been here a couple of times in the past and always look forward to returning. Their Michelin Star is well deserved. I think that their bouillabaisse is as good as it gets. It is served in two courses and done old-school with croutons, garlic cloves, and rouille. If you don't want to look like a fish out of water (no pun intended), you rub the croutons with the garlic so that it imparts the essence of garlic without the harsh bite of raw garlic. Spoon some rouille on top of the garlicky crouton then float it on the broth!
The broth is so flavorful and fresh with absolutely no 'fishyness' whatsoever. The filets of fish are perfectly cooked and flavorful as only fish cooked whole on the bone can be.
The amazing food is only rivaled by the breathtaking views of the Baie des Anges.
I love and highly recommend Bacon. It is well worth the drive and a must for anyone who loves bouillabaisse.
