We have stayed before. Our room/loft (325) was in the loft area and we had to negotiate a few stairs after taking the lift. Once there we had a great view over rooftops and out to the country. The hotel is very centrally located on the Place de l’Horloge. We were there at Festival time and 14th July so the town was busy but all very good natured and we couldn’t hear the street noises from our room. Lots of cafes, central to all old town activities, Papal area, shopping streets, etc.
For Asian food, Le Viet Nam was excellent quality and value for money. Located off the main street near the Place de l’Horloge. We ate there 4 nights on separate Avignon visits and would return. Staff friendly and the food delicious. Excellent.More
