“Nice Little Creperie off the Main street”
Reviewed May 15, 2012

We ate here a couple of times during our visit. It's off the main street with indoor and outdoor seating. I had the meal crepes with eggs and chevre (goat) cheese. They were both fine, not the absolute best crepes, but good still and reasonably priced. Everything in this tourist mecca is overpriced, so we were happy to find something reasonably overpriced. The salads were abundant, so this was good. I've added a photo of the sign to make sure it's the right place.

“Great salads in the shadow of the Pope's Palace”
Reviewed August 31, 2011

Some of the best salads we had in France. Place is located adjacent to the Palace and has ~28 shaded outdoor tables situated under an ancient chestnut tree. The lettuce used was sweet...as though it was picked in the morning. Very large salads (1 could easily feed 2 people) perfectly dressed with the lightest of olive oils and vinegar. Try the duck salad - with its combination of duck pate, duck breast, and duck Confit, it is truly remarkable. My wife had the goat cheese salad and it was also a pure delight. The only rub is the service...only two staff to attend to so many tables. Order a large bottle of rose and water and be prepared to wait...to order....to get your drinks/food....to pay your bill. A wonderful time if you don't mind the wait.
