We were in Paris for a convention and decided to take the train down to Avignon to see the Lavender Fields. We stayed the night in Avignon so we could do the full day tour and we were so glad we did! We saw lots of beautiful places and learned a lot about the history of Lavender and the towns we visited. We also got lots of beautiful photos! I highly recommend this tour! Our guide was super friendly and helpful and having it as a small group (8 people), it made it even more enjoyable!

Dear Samantha D,
Thank you for this outstanding 5-star rating !
As you have seen, Provence is quite different from Paris. We are glad that you have travelled to Provence to discover our beautiful region and we are even that you have enjoyed our services.
The lavender fields are stunning and we can only recommend all the travellers who come to Provence in summer, to go and discover them !
We look forward to having you again soon on one of our excursions!
Best regards

We rode in a comfortable van and had a personalized tour both of our days in Provence. The second one, Le Grand Tour, was a bit rushed, but that was because all of the main attractions of Provence were crammed into one day by the booking company, Viator. I would definitely recommend this contractor; our guides were professional, knowledgeable, and entertaining. Great experience!

This five hour tour was just enough to get you to the lavender fields from Avignon and not too long of a day that it drags. Takes about 1.25 hrs to get to the fields and we stopped at several photographic spots to take in the view and scenery. We never stayed too long in one place, just enough to take in the sights and smells. 20 mins max at each small town, village or castle. Very prompt driver and nice, new van.

Dear Lorylin L,
Thank you for your this great rating ! :)
At this time of the season, and due to the heatwave that we have had here in Provence, many lavender fields have been harvested in the Luberon area. As a solution we therefore have to go a bit further north, to the beautiful village of Sault, also known as the Lavender's capital city !
We are glad that you have enjoyed our vehicule: all our vehicules are Mercedes Vito Minivan, which are comfortable and spacious, allowing you to fully enjoy the scenery when the driver takes you from one destination to another. And of course, with A/C!
We hope to have you again on one of our excursions !
Best regards

I loved my experience on this guided tour. The sites were what I dreamt from the beginning and Emmanuel, the guide, was very nice and funny to travel with. The roads on our way to the lavande fields are kind of tricky but he manage to make me feel on good hands all the time. Gordes, Rousillon were such a discovery that I could do it again.

Dear berenice_huerta1,
Thank you for this phenomenal rating !
As you have, sometimes, the roads can be quite tricky and narrow to get to some of our destinnations and this is why our guides follow a safety course and train to get to the destinations, so that you can feel relaxed and completely stress free whilst travelling with our guides.
Emmanuel is a very experienced guide that knows, in details, the history, culture and all the little stories of Provence, that he happily shares with our guests.
The Luberon area, which is a "Natural Protected Regional Park", is as a whole, a wonderful place to discover whilst travelling to Provence, as you will be amazed by both the natural landscape and the charming hilltop villages.
We hope to have you again soon on one of our tours!
Best regards,

Brice picked us up around 9:00 AM and the whole trip lasted almost 9 hours. The stop at Isle sur la Sorgue was really wonderful and then the entire trip was magical. Gordes as far as we are concerned is a "must see" destination. The lavender fields were a sight to behold. Brice, besides being a cool driver is a well informed courteous person and his guidance throughout the tour was invaluable. All in all , it was an enjoyable and a pleasant trip. The only suggestion would be to extend the stay in Gordes by atleast half an hour more.

Dear arjaffri,
Thank you for this wonderful rating!
We totally agree with you, Gordes is a must-see when you travel to Provence. It is not only one of the nicest hilltop village of Provence, but one of the most beautiful village of France as it is ranked in the "Plus Beaux Villages de France". Wandering through its small streets is a must, and will allow you to discover and feel Provence "art de vivre".
As this village is located in the Luberon, travelling in summer will give you the opportunity to see the lavender fields and, to be honest, fully bloomed lavender fiels make for a breathtaking view!
We look forward to having you again on one of our tours!
Best regards
