Upon arrival we pickup up the key from Nelly, who was very nice, but spoke very little English, so we had no idea what she was saying. She took us to the apartment, which was located on the second floor of the building across from her store. It was then we found out that the apartment was on the second floor and there were four flights of steps to climb up a spiral stairs case to reach the apartment. I asked if there was anyone to help us with the luggage, since we were three elderly women between the ages of 62 to 74 years old and no elevator. Of course, the answer was no. The apartment was dirty, the beds had no sheets on them, the washing machine was running and the refrigerator had food in it. The water dispenser in the fridge was filthy, which I had to clean out and wipe counters off. There were no instructions on how to operate any of the appliance or use the phone.
