“A church you should visit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 16, 2012

The do have some wonderful tapiseries on the walls which I really enjoyed. They also had some of the different bishop attires on display (never seen that before) along with a lot of the church's treasures in one of the chapells behind the main altar.
There were several altars with nice carvings.

“Very pretty”

Our visit was short because we arrived just as they were closing for lunch. Make sure to check opening and closing times.

“We kept returning to this church.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 16, 2012

The stonecarvings were both intact and ornate. I have always heard about the church before the invention of print, but this one does a fascinating medieval display of what they want you to know about eternity and the place of the gospels. You can't get much more authentic than puddles by the pews after a light rain.

“An interesting church”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 2, 2012

Spent a short time wandering around the church and found some of the stained glass good especially one piece in the ceiling in one of the side aisles. Some of the wall painting is in a poor state but you can still get a good idea of the overall effect.

“Just OK”

If you are traveling around southern France, there are so many other churches that have stronger ambience and iconography.
