First, the positives. Delphine was very welcoming and gave us some useful info about the town. She gave us a room upgrade as we were staying for a week and it was lovely. Very handy to have a little kitchen as we didn't want to go out every night to eat and it was convenient to be able to cook in the apartment. The location is great and is just beside the river.
A few negatives but we hope they are constructive. One of the sinks in the bathroom leaked, with water running out onto the bathroom floor. We reported this on our first day and despite several conversations about it and offering to fix it ourselves!!, the problem was not dealt with.
We were just told to use the other sink.
Loo roll - was not provided unless we asked for it. We got a new roll every three days which is not sufficient. We should not have had to ask for it, it's not expensive!
We were not informed that breakfast was extra, it was an extra 10 euros a day we had not budgeted for so that was a bit of a shock. The breakfast was, although nice, the same every day, it needs to be changed for people staying a longer period of time.
Parking is a nightmare. We found that unless we were back in town by about 5pm, there was nowhere to park. Don't bother trying to park beside the river, try the larger car parks a little further away.
We would recommend this place, without a doubt, but there is room for improvement.
