Fad'Oli is a small sandwich shop just behind Place du Forum. They have some little, coloured tables outside and a little indoor room. We sat inside and were served immediately. They have a good selection of sandwiches, all of them spreaded with their own olive oil. I had a baguette with tomatoes, goat cheese and tomatoes. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty, and the sandwich was loaded. I had to use a fork to start eating some tomatoes and cheese before I could actually give a bite! My husband had the same baguette, but with mozzarella, and he also enjoyed it a lot. This place is a good compromise between more expensive restaurants, and to-go sandwich shops, as you can enjoy the indoor room, sit down and relax a little.

Strolled past on our first day in Arles, feeling peckish so ordered two filled rolls for myself and mum. Very nice, sat outside with beer and paid a reasonable price.

I used to go there as a treat when I was studying in Arles back in 2006. That was the first time I went back there in years and I was really pleased to see that nothing has changed since I left : the choice of freshly prepared sandwiches and sushis they do are still there and still delicous!

The owners and staff are really sympathetic people and it is a real joy to be served.

Fad'Oli is actually a shop specialising in Olive Oil but it also has a few tables where you can eat a good quality light meal or snack for a reasonable price. We had a smoked salmon salad with crunchy fresh leaves and a goats cheese and tomato baguette accomapnied by a glass of chilled white wine each. The food was simple but all the ingredients were top quality, including the salad dressing for which I presume they use their own oil, and which was absolutely delicious. Fad'Oli is just off the main square and I would recommend it as a good place to stop for a snack, light lunch or dinner.
