Fabian will bring an upside down pasta pot which is attached to a stool rod. He will ask about your favorite flavors, then tell you what you need to eat and drink. His wife is the chef - and together, they provide an amazing eatery in a town full of amazing eateries. We liked this cafe so much, that we took our friend from Bordeaux back there the next night. I was a glutton. We split All of the tapas that were available, then I had an entree of purselike pasta which was filled with walnuts and pears and in a gorgonzola sauce. For dessert, Fabian talked us into tiny spring rolls which were filled with bittersweet chocolate and had a ginger dipping sauce. Sigh. Bon Appetite.
