What a lovely place. We stayed here for two night on our visit to the beautiful Aix-En-Provence. The rooms are large and modern. Laura has an eye for extraordinary design. The detail and love that she put into La Maison really shows throughout. Breakfast was delicious every day and the staff was incredibly helpful. Particular thanks to Alex for helping us switch our reservations several times. The location is perfect just a quick walk to everything in Aix. One tip, if you have a car, let them know when booking. They don't have enough spots for everyone and the town parking lot is nearby, but not as convenient. Thanks to Laura and Alex for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning.

We had an awesome 2 nights at this lovely place. We chose the deluxe room and we were so pleased. The room was very lovely with a big bath tub. The breakfast was perfect as well. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Aix en Provence is a very charming town with lovely fountains. We really enjoyed our walks around this beautiful town. And we also did a day trip to Avignon.

This is more of a B+B than a hotel.

We usually prefer a little more anonymity, but the hosts and the accommodation are so nice that it wasn't an issue.

We had a great stay.

We spent a week in this wonderful B&B for our fifth wedding anniversary. It's hard to add to what all the other positive reviewers have said. The location is perfect. The house is beautiful with an impeccable eye for detail. The service is everything you would want it to be. You really feel like you've been made at home. Laura and her team do an amazing job at everything and were wonderful at guiding us through the countryside with suggestions and directions.

Laura - we had a perfect time thanks to you and your team. We will be back for sure.

Our summary: It's perfect and you get high value for every dollar you spend.

Room Tip: All rooms are good. The suite on the top floor is exceptional

If you decide to make Aix en Provence your home base for sightseeing all Provence areas, then choose La Maison d'Aix. I looked at so many hotels and picked up La Maison d'Aix based on Tripadvisor reviews. I am so happy we did.
One of the best boutique hotel where I stayed through the service, cleanliess and design. A lot of little things make this place different from all the other hotels, such as Nespresso coffee and tea Mariages frères free of charge all day, best advice on places to visit and a dedicated service for each of us. It was our first year anniversary and we discovered a lovely note with a beautiful bunch of roses and a chocolate cake. The service provided makes us feel as if we were very special guests.
A top notch hotel that I would recommand to anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable stay in Provence.

We recently stayed La Maison D’Aix and can only echo what many others have said. This upscale B&B is exceptional. The design is amazing as well as the staff. Sometimes you stay in B&B’s and you’re so careful about being in your own space. At La Maison D’Aix, the house is designed to be used for those who are staying there, so other than the guest rooms, guests are welcome throughout the house. I enjoyed being able to go to the kitchen and make coffee whenever I wanted or have a snack. Both my husband and I felt very welcomed and comfortable staying there. The artwork is also amazing as is the blending of modern design within a historic building.

Viktor helped us out with questions and went out of his way to ensure that we had an excellent stay. He made recommendations for restaurants based on the kind of food we wanted to eat and also helped plan the route to our next B&B. He made excellent breakfasts; large fresh fruit salads, juice, a variety of croissants/breads, cheese platter and other breakfast food if requested (e.g. eggs). He was extremely helpful and pleasant.

The room was large and beautiful. It had beautiful plank flooring, flat screen TV, large shower, a closet with ample space and beautiful sink area. The toilet was in a separate room. There were lots of outlets for keeping batteries charged. The bed was very comfortable. The window opened to a beautiful, quiet garden area.

While in France we stayed in four places, starting with this one. Without a doubt, this was the best place we stayed in and the only one I would recommend and describe as a five star stay.

Room Tip: We had a lovely room with a window opening onto a back garden.

What a warm welcome at La Maison D'Aix! We were greeted with such great staff that made our 3 day stay unforgettable. They bent over backwards to help us, always full of smiles and top-notch sincere service.

Laura suggested that we go to Chateau La Coste and thank goodness we went! A must!

Viktor's advice for restaurants is fantastic! The best of the crop- "Mitch"!

The history and architectural beauty of the place really inspired us. The hotel feels more like a good friend's home.

The impeccable design by Laura and warmth of Viktor makes this stay truly memorable. Opt for the Love Suite on top floor and sip wine on the balcony looking over rooftops of Aix!
