A gem of a restaurant, largely undiscovered by tourists. The cooking has gone from strength to strength. Perfectly balanced flavours with an emphasis on local, seasonal produce. I have eaten here many times over the last 4 years and have always been impressed by the menu. Favourites have included the fennel crumble and the oeuf poche sauce meurette. It is also one of the few places in the world where I always try to have a dessert! Booking is essential!
