Stayed as a family in July. Great property, fully refurbished recently, located in a quiet place among the pine trees with a view of Saint-Victoire mountain. Fantastic, very friendly hosts. Strategic location for exploring both Provence (1-1.5 hour drive to key attractions of Gordes, lavender fields, Avignon, Gorges du Verdon) as well as Cote d'Azur (Saint Tropez, Cannes, etc.) and local villages with their markets. I bit remote from the sea though, but if you are looking for a daily swim the pool on site is fantastic and child-friendly.
We (a couple with two kids (7&10 yo) stayed in this lovely studio house for two weeks in July. Recently renovated and refurbished to a high standard, lovely garden&pool with fantastic views over Sainte-Victoire mountain which inspired Paul Sezanne for many years. Great base to explore Provence, lots of attractions (historical, nature, arts, etc) nearby, up to 1.5 hours drive, 10 mins drive from Aix-en-Provence. Amazing hosts who really care about your comfort and always ready to give you guidance on the surroundings. We'll definitely visit again!!!
By chance we chose this wonderful place for one week vacation on occasion of our 20 years anniversary. Those were seven fantastic days. The best you can ever get if you need a relaxing romantic time mixed with amazing trips all over Provence. A studio has been just renovated and made with love and exceptionally good taste. You will find everything there for your comfort and pleasure. Panoramic sliding doors of studio lead you to the garden and the pool with a fantastic mountain view. Kitchen is fully equipped with all new and good quality staff. Studio had got 4 sleeps in fact. If you travel with kids they would find a cosy own sleeping place in a mezzanine level, while parent would get the privacy created with curtains on all four sides around their matrimonial bed. A bathroom is also very pretty and contains everything necessary, has got an exit door to a pool as well. The parking is available inside the fenced territory of the residence.
You would enjoy a breath-taking view on the gorgeous peak of Sainte Victoire mountain when sitting in the shade of old pine-trees with a glass of famous Rose of Provence. A refreshing swimming pool with salty water in the garden was a very good point especially if your stay happens during pretty hot Provence summer. At the same time the evenings and nights were nice and fresh because of the pleasant mild wind. The house located in private residential area on the hill, and at the same time in some 5 min you may drive to Aix-en-Provence, small and historical town, where it was a pleasure to walk around.
The hosts are very nice, friendly and helpful.
We highly recommend this place and we will come back some day, together with kids, I hope.
