“Stunning chateau”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 13, 2012 via mobile

Really stunning place. Tours are by guide only and are in French only. They do provide a typed version of the guide in your language to help on the tour. Very interesting. Cost us 9.50 euro per person.

“Walking in the grounds used to be free.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 17, 2012

This is a stunning castle that gleams white in the sunshine. It is totally moated and has a working double drawbridge - one for the knights, waggons and horses and the other for pedestrians.
When we first started visiting you could make a complete tour of the moat for free. The sign of the times is that you now have to pay for this.

“Stunning Castle”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 10, 2011

Pros : Beautiful Castle in good condition with pleasant surroundings.
Cons : our guide slurred his speech and appeared to be in sync with the castle by being bourre himself (i.e. drunk in French)

“Long tour visit, very beautiful and interesting chateau”

Beautiful medieval castle, not many tourists.
The only way to visit is through a guided tour.
