A visit to Mets et Vins in the centre of Angers should be on everybody's agenda when staying in Angers. The menu is well balanced en with 6 starters 8 main courses and 6 desserts well focussed. Personally i choose the hamburger of froui gras, a local with fish with a sauce of saffron as main course the veal with mushrooms and as desert a little plate of cheese. Every dish is little party in your mouth.
The recommended wines create an extra dimension to your dish.
The service was very pleasant and patient for a not native french speaker and when your french is not good enough to express your self you also can order in english.
