This restaurant was a terrifc find, beginning with the wonderful appetizers....escargot and soup, and then the entrees, consisting of perfectly cooked veal with gravy and potato and the fish of the day served with mashed potatoes and a decorative stuffed cucumber on each plate. The presentations were works of art. The desserts were just as delightful...rice pudding with caramel sauce and a lemon tart with fresh cream. Service was impeccable. We were greeted warmly and the staff was very kind in helping us with our communications. We are not so great with the language! The decor wasn't remarkable and the wc was a bit tricky unless you quickly figured out where the light was. However, we weren't there for the ambience. We went on a recommendation for excellent food and The Bellifontaine delivered! Merci beaucoup!
