It’s a beautiful and manageable church size wise. We happened to catch a service, beautiful singing. Important icon in Christian history, and the church is innovative and fits her memory well.

Located as part of the central market area, this is a modern church in contrast to all of Rouen's major churches. It is located right where she was executed (burned at the stake) and there is a cross that serves as the monument to her execution. There are many good restaurants in the immediate area which makes a visit here a plus.

Totally different to any of the other churches in Rouen, and very interesting history and architecture. The stained glass windows were particularly beautiful.

The church was only build in the '70s, so is quite modern. It was build on the spot where she died at the stake, and not too long after the church with some reluctance made her a saint. The interior is, like the outside, modern in architecture and form, however the stained glass windows are 19th century, coming from a demolished church. Well worth a look inside, but nothing particular, and very touristy. Expect to share it with many tour groups.

See the monument at the site where Joan of Arc was burned at the stake. There is a museum nearby at the side of the Cathedral telling the full version of her life and death, and why she had to die.
