This is a very nice place to stay. It was the third time we went there and the hostess is a very nice person. We had everytime a warm welcom, she always took care about us and my dogs. The breakfast is very delicious and copious with home made jams. Spacious and confortable room.

This is a lovely place to stay. Situated away from the main roads but within a short of Rouen centre. The house is surrounded by a beautifully kept garden with horses (looked after by the land lady) in the adjacent field. It looks great on the website but you still get a very pleasant surprise when you enter the gates. The hostess was very friendly, helpful and laid on a lovely breakfast. Having use of the kitchen is great if you want to prepare your own food and it was all clean and well equipped. There was a comment on here about headroom in the accommodation (loft apartment) but we had no such troubles. There was loads of room and would be great for a family or couple alike. If you are in the area for a couple of days I would recommend this location, especially if you have time to walk around the local area. We were on a 4 day tour of Normandy so unfortunately did not have time for this but will certainly go back if time allows.

We stayed in the loft which had sloping ceilings - difficult if you are tall. Made up of 3 rooms; twin, double and an area that you could use just outside of the toilet/bathroom. We found the double bed not the most comfortable. The dining room/kitchen is really useful if you wish to prepare your own food and eat in although some of the plates were dirty and had chips in them. Breakfast good. Pleasant, quiet, rural location with a friendly host who could give us advice on free parking in Rouen and directions to the train station she kindly laid out breakfast for our early start to Paris one morning. Children wanted to go horse riding but the times were not convenient which was a shame. Location great for Rouen and the train station if you want to take a high speed train into Paris.

A delightful place to stay, close to Rouen but in a charming rural setting. A warm welcome always guaranteed, along with a bottle of traditional cider. Spacious, comfortable rooms, use of kitchen and a tasty breakfast with home-made jams. Highly recommended!!
