We have eaten at this restaurant a number of times over the years as it has always offered a consistent standard (and perhaps for the orange flavoured crème brûlée too !) in this lovely but touristy town where not all restaurant experiences have been positive. This visit was no exception. We ate inside for a change but the terrace into the square is usually a pleasant relaxing place to sit. The location in place Ste-Catherine is not on the very touristy side of the old harbour but is, in our opinion the better for it - the square is slightly less busy but still picturesque and restaurants need to survive on quality not just location. This meal was again at a good standard with the Moules, tuna and steak for the committed carnivore all good... and the orange Crème brûlée too. The disappoiontment that I could not order one item on the blackboard menu because stock had run out was in fact a positive in that the blackboard does represent what the market had that day. We will return again, I am sure.
