“Lovely church”
Reviewed August 26, 2014 via mobile

The church is set in a square just a minutes walk from the harbour.we were lucky enough to visit when a violinist was playing which added to the wonderful atmosphere. The church bells are housed in a separate building just opposite

“Utterly beautiful.”
Reviewed August 17, 2014

I heard an organ concert in this beautiful wooden church and need forgot it. Somehow the wood of the building lends emotional warmth to visitors. I was brought to tears by its beauty. A must!

“Unusual wooden church in great condition”
Reviewed August 17, 2014

Honfleur is a fishing town, and the church reflects this - the ceilings of the two naves appear to be inverted boats, all timber... a miracle that it has survived the centuries.

“Wooden church”
Reviewed August 9, 2014

The ceiling looks like the hull of a boat.
It's hundreds of years old and survived all the bombings in the area.
Interesting church worth a few moments to saviour

“Stunning church”

A beautiful wooden church and well worth a visit. sit quietly and look up at the roof, you can tell that ship builders built the church. A good place to sit and contemplate.
