Firstly we were shown to the wrong seats. Great jazz - fabulous view the seats we had chosen were unreserved balcony box to the right of the stage, but we had the box to ourselves :). Before the performance started I asked where the WCs were located - was told they were broken and closed. No alternative was given until I asked to speak to the manager who then directed me to the hotel next door. (note in order to enter the casino to reach the other working WC you need your passport they would not accept driving license although all the same info on it!?)
Wouldn't bother with casino but the little theatre was cute and the jazz was great - shame no proper interval or bar for drinks or even ice creams - was very hot and thirsty after 3 hours sitting. Casino is missing an opportunity to offer a complete service to their customers here!
