Bertrand was wonderful. We had a one-day tour of D-Day beaches and sights. He kept my young adult sons engaged as he asked questions and supplied information. He was extremely knowledgeable and prepared. He kept the information flowing from beginning to end. What was most impressive is that we were in Normandy for our tour on March 11th when an unusual snow storm hit the area. The highways were closed as was the American Cemetery and all of the museums. Bertrand was able to adjust our tour and used the combination of the weather and low tide to find WW II artifacts on the beaches (German barb wire and a Gerry can). He was extremely impressive and I would highly recommend him.
