This restaurant was recommended to me by a colleague who had lived in Lille several years ago and we were not disappointed. It's almost nice to go to a restaurant that's family run- the husband worked front of house and the wife in the kitchen. There was a delicious and refreshing salmon gazpacho amuse bouche and all of the food was great and they were very large portions so we didn't have room for dessert.
Only issue was that the napkins were very damp so you couldn't really put them on your lap.....!
When we passed the following day, there were tables outside on the cobbled street which looked very cute and nice to watch the passers by.
