I would not advise anyone to eat here, very slow service, rude and not concerned about us. We were a group of 40 who booked in advance and selected from a limited menu thinking it would help. 1 hour before we got a drink then another 45 minutes before receiving food and delivered all at different times and temperatures. Finally 3 1/2 hours later did we get finished after several heated discussions with the waiters and bar staff,

I've been here a few times and on only one occasion has the service been acceptable.
The last time I visited will certainly be my last, with 8 staff working the restaurant area and bringing drinks to tables I suspected that ordering wouldn't be a problem. After waiting 15 minutes just to get a beer after ordering and then a further 30 minute wait to order food the warning signs should have been clearer but I gave them a chance. 1hr 30 minutes after sitting down the wrong order was delivered to the table. The waiter was not in the slightest bit bothered and shrugged it off. Quite a shame considering the food is usually of a reasonable quality for the area and the price.
Visit only if you have a spare few hours!

Loved the atmosphere of this place. Beer selection excellent. Tried the Flammes - like a really thin pizza - different but nice. Service a bit on the slow side but very friendly. Well worth a visit

Les 3 Brasseurs (The 3 Brewers) is a micro brewery and restaurant.

The beer is absolutely excellent, I tried a few but settled for the blond beer which was superb.
The food is above basic and very edible. It is also quite cheap for food and beer.
We sat outside in the sunshine and drank all day a slow leisurely pace and had lunch in the middle of our session. The staff were very friendly but as the evening began they started to get really busy and did not have a lot of time to chat or serve, so the waiting time increased. But that was the only drawback. Les 3 Brasseurs is centrally situated just across from the train station.
I would highly recommend a visit but you will require a little patience at busy times, but that is the price of popularity. A few Euro's tip here and there will exact promptitude I am sure :-))

Large restaurant opposite the Lille Flanders railway station. Outdoor seating available and 200+tables inside this triple fronted and very cavernous eatery. Beer brewed on premises with " la palette" of 4 x12cl glasses in a wooden frame a good taster at euros 5.10.
The wide selection of food is an acceptable standard for this chain restaurant featuring a range of French, Belgian and Alsatian dishes. The Flammekueche (like a thin pizza) a good standard and the choucroute although not to Alsatian size comes with a 50cl beer for 2 euros extra!
Staff very helpful and even willing to customise dishes to suit diet.
Would we go back?Well, yes. We did for another two meals!!
If you want good beer, good service and acceptable food at an acceptable value for money price this is the place!
