This hotel really suited us. We were returning from a ski trip in the Alps, and arrived at 23:00 on a TGV into Lille Europe station. It was so good to fall out of the train, straight across the road to the hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the room clean and modern. The other big advantages were the The left luggage facility (allowing us to explore the old town after checking out and before our Eurostar home), the 12 noon checkout & the optional breakfast - allowing us to sleep late and pick up a late breakfast from the station & return to the room to eat. I'd have marked the experience excellent if they's provided some proper crockery and cutlery. The experience is spoilt somewhat by the fact you have to drink your coffee or chocolate out of a paper cup & stir it with a flimsy card stirring stick. A couple of proper mugs and teaspoons would have made a lot of difference. The room we were in had a separate toilet from the bathroom, with a proper door, but the bathroom doors did have the holes mentioned by another reviewer. The noise that might have been expected from the nearby road & the station was minimised to the extent it didn't disturb us. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. On the whole a very pleasant stay.

We booked this hotel based on all the positive reviews on Tripadvisor. It was rated #1 in Lille at the time.

If you're arriving by train and want to fall into a hotel immediately, it's very well located. It's about a 15 minute walk into the old town (and the main tourist squares), which isn't very far unless it's freezing cold in December. However there ARE many hotels right in the centre.

The rooms are clean and functional, and have a small seating area and kitchenette. This would be great if you had kids with you and wanted to some basic self-catering/microwaving.

Strange to find that the bathroom door (which was right by our bed) has large holes in it that you can look through - slightly disconcerting when you're using the toilet!

The staff were helpful, in-room movies were free and there's a good little shop selling surprisingly nice food/drink.

So there are good things to say about this place - but i think we were looking for something more luxurius/romantic...

First impressions are of a clean, modern hotel with helpful staff. The rooms, whilst being clean are certainly not what I'd expect of a suite, the only difference between a suite room and a normal hotel room was the inclusion of a microwave and mini fridge. Paper cups were provided for hot drinks and no utensils or crockery were in the room. Plastic utensils and paper plates were available from the lobby but this is neither convenient or practical. In essence, the quality of the room was no different from a Holidayday Inn Express or a Premier Inn but was more expensive. With no parking available (not mentioned on the website), the only option is the railway station at 20 euros a day.

The hotel is on top of the main station and alongside/overlooking the main motorway and a short walk to the main shopping centre which is nothing to write home about and unpleasant.

This is an excellent choice if you are planning to visit Lille by Eurostar. The hotel is immediately opposite the terminal building, and is itself within three or four minutes walk to the large Euralille Shopping Centre and around 10 minutes to the centre of the city.
The hotel is clean, modern, efficient, extremely well-equipped (no charge for wi-fi internet, a standard that needs to be set elsewhere) with separate bath tub and shower. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient - helping us with a baby cot for our 22 month old instantly. They all spoke excellent English.
The impression was of an extremely well-run establishment, with well-motivated staff and a high standard of maintenance. They were very happy to store our bags on the day of our departure, and although we didn't bother with the 12Euro breakfast, there were options available at Eurolille.
Overall, if you are travelling by Eurostar for a city break, this should be high on your list of possible hotel choices.
Excellent!

Can only add to the glowing reviews given by earlier reviewers.

Booked this direct on their website - 179 Euros for a 3-night stay (Grand Weekend deal) - bargain!

Didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment on that.

Location is excellent - right opposite the Eurostar station. It's about a 10-minute walk into the centre of town. There's a large supermarket in the shopping mall just round the corner, plus hundreds of other shops if you're into shopping.

Nice lobby area. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Room was large and well equipped. Very clean everywhere. Excellent bathroom with bath and walk-in shower and good quality towels. Suite has small fridge, sink, a microwave, a kettle for tea/coffee making. Paper/plastic cups are provided, but not cutlery or plates.

Free films included with rate.

All in all, superb value.
