The best part of this restaurant: the numerous varieties of Leffe beer on tap, many of which are not available in the US. The not-so-good part: the food is pretty blah. The menu exudes a "chain restaurant" air. The moules frites I had were prettyu bland, both the frites--from frozen french fry stock, methinks--and the special "moules cafe leffe", cooked in leffe beer but lacking much flavor at all. And no baguette to soak up the broth! But since the broth didn't taste like much, maybe no loss. All in all I've had far, far better moules frites in my hometown in the midwest USA.
