“Our kind of restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 11, 2014

A wonderful place and food. A warm and friendly atmosphere and an excellent food. Our style - a small but interesting and unique menu based on a special way of crepe preparation and filling, a several kinds of fondue (meat, cheese and maybe even chocolate) and very good deserts. I normally don't like crepes, as it is for me nothing special - but this time I was surprised and it was a delight. We were a family of five (children at the age of 25, 23, 14) and everyone ordered a different dish - and all was excellent (in the menu it's called "les galettes". The fondue was very good, but if you want something special go for the crepes. The deserts were very good as well - the homemade pana-cota and the Canadian crepe.
Please make a reservation - as this is a relatively small restaurant and in the evening we visited - it was opened for only 3 hours, so as soon as all the tables are full, there is no more room for the whole evening.
The couple that run the restaurant are very friendly and try there best to handle with English.
In one sentence - go for it. you will enjoy.
Oh I forgot - you must visit the bathroom, its wonderful

The owners are so pleasant and welcoming. It was certainly our favorite meal in Toulouse. The portions are big, so go hungry. .

“Great choice”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 1, 2014 via mobile

We were in Toulouse yesterday and stopped by just as they were closing after lunch. They sat us and served us the best crepes that I have ever had. The crepe crust was perfect and the fillings that we chose were excellent. The ice cream "flavor of the day" was apricot, just superb.

“Excellent restaurant for atmosphere, service, savory crepes and fondue!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 23, 2014

A colleague and I came in for dinner at 9pm based on recommendations on Trip Advisor. What a terrific and memorable experience. The owners were very friendly and welcoming from the start. Told us we were ordering way too much food and they were right. Everything was excellent, especially the savory crepes cooked to perfection. We ended up leaving the restaurant after 1am! I would absolutely recommend Le Grenier de Pepe. Bon Appetit!

“Friendly and family place”

Great small restaurant, extremely friendly owner who speak English! High quality and tastefully food and atmosphere from an old age. Highlight of the decoration the sign which says in french:"if you do not finish your fondu you will clean the dishes!!" Small drawback the spot which is easy to find but nothing special.
