I was advised to book the Ibis, however could not get in and therefore booked the next available hotel on the company portal. I arrived late and entered a seemingly abandoned hotel. Reception was empty, as was the restaurant however eventually someone came out from the office. I was expected and booked in in double quick time, between the receptionists pigeon English and my pigeon French I was directed to my room, which was a separate building form the main hotel. Out the back, up some dark stairs and across the balcony to my room, complete with metal shutters on the outside rather than curtains on the inside. The room was large, clean and airy. A good bathroom and a great shower - REALLY hard mattress and the bain of European travel (for me at least) REALLY REALLY soft pillows. Breakfast was included, a good selection of hot and cold and as expected a great coffee machine.
All in all a good place to stay if you need to be at one of the local businesses or government organisations - was very busy in the early evening. No room service, but good wifi.

There were 2 Emiles when we checked in but then the other Emile was not to be seen later. The Emile who stayed at reception spoke good English, was lovely, very helpful and cheery. Campaniles will now be our preferred hotel to Ibis as they are priced just a little more but have larger and better rooms.

This is exactly what you expect: clean, simple room, it was nice warm there.
The dinner (all you can eat buffet) was good as well as the house wine (rosé) we had. Also breakfast was really good, all you expect for this kind of hotel.
The only improvement needs the staff who seems to be really bored, not very friendly and their service is definitely not what it should (or at least could) be...

Stayed one night for a so called "superior room". It looked more like a cheap American-style motel room. The room was rather clean but that's it, its fairly outdated. They charged us for breakfast we didn't ask for (10 euro's per person, One said it was included, but after checking a few hours later, it wasnt anymore -> sales trick?). The restaurant is awful! Its a buffet all-you-can-eat resto, but the buffet is very limited and the food is awful. One advice: take Ibis budget hotels when you want simple and good lodging when one the road: it costs less and better value for money!

We are sorry to hear that your stay in our hotel was not a better experience. The hotel was totaly refurbished in 2011 and it meets the standings of the Louvre hotels group. The hotel is situated outside of Toulouse, with car very good accessibility, with free parking places. The room equipment is reasonably good. The food and choice in the restaurant limited, not for everyday eating. Staff limited with English language.
