My husband and I were travelling with my French friend and she booked us into this hotel for our one night in Toulouse. It's really well located just off the Capitole. The rooms (23 and 24) were quiet (looked out onto a courtyard) and reasonably well sized. The bathrooms were good sized but only had the shower head in the bath type setup, not a proper shower on the wall. However, this was a minor issue. The only problem we noticed was that the plumbing was very noisy. When you flush the loo it initially fills with water and then it sounds like a pump kicks in to pump water into the cistern and it sounds like Airbus Industries must have designed it!! (Well, we are in Toulouse the home of Airbus after all....).
Our room for 2 was 65 euros and I think breakfast was about 10 more (I can't remember). Breakfast was buffet cereals, breads, tea, coffee, juice and was reasonably good.
All up, we were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel for the price. It was very good value. Of course, we only saw 2 rooms so I don't know what the others were like or what it would be like overlooking the street as it could be quite noisy. The hotel is a bit of a rabbit warren with corridors leading off in all directions and it's a bit confusing!!
The nearest car parking is underneath the Capitole square and it cost 16.5 euros for 24 hours.
The entrance to the hotel is on the right hand side of the street coming from the Capitole square and it is quite small and easy to miss. You press the button on the left hand side by the door and they open it from upstairs. You have a flight of stairs to climb up to reception.
