This is a great cheap hotel.. Very clean with a. Good shower and comfortable bed. The food is so/so and over priced.
The only complaint was the fact it smelt of cigarettes for neighbouring rooms or people outside. Staff were polite and spoke English which was very helpful.

Excellent overnight stay as usual. Only problem was the increase in price due to to increased demand which I wasn't told about when I booked.
Highly recommended.
Friendly and efficient staff.
Handy for the motorway and easy access to the rugby at Stade Toulousain.

the place is far out of the town centre, you need a bus and metro to get there. the last bus back is 8pm so if you want a night out in Toulouse it cost 30euro in a taxi. apart from the football day, we were stuck with eating there at night, 3 nights! the outside of the place is a warning to how bad the rooms are. we were allocated a room and when we went in it stank so strongly of urine it was as though someone had urinated on floor. strangely though the maid had "cleaned" the room so we couldn't understand how she couldn't smell it because when the receptionist came to smell, as I had complained, she immediately ran out of room. we were allocated another room which hadn't been cleaned yet but as I watched the maid "cleaning" I was horrified at the thought of we were stuck there for 4 nights!! she used same cloth for all the bathroom surfaces, she didn't mop the floor anywhere in room or bathroom just swept the visible areas (room had laminate floor) she wiped over the tv and top of bed left the rest of room. and when I saw what was under the sheet she changed I didn't want to sleep there.i had to go behind her in the bathroom with a kettle of boiling water and wash all the taps and sink etc. I rung booking.com to complain but as it was the football I couldn't get anything else. however, they did say they would ring back after the football was over as people were checking out but I didn't get a call. the room was smelly the bedding stained the bathroom dirty and there was cobwebs, dust, mould, and damages to the room, the communal landing and stairs and dog mess outside on grass. The wifi only allowed one person to log on at a time. as mentioned before it was far away from town centre so we had to eat there. the food was ok not much choice but was edible. I was horrified however to see the bloke who I thought was a maintenance man, in the kitchen cooking while on his fone in his jeans and t shirt!! I couldn't wait to leave the place which was a shame as it was the last few days of our trip to france for euro 2016 and we had up till then stayed in decent places. Toulouse itself is lovely loads of places to eat and just have a wander around the town but I strongly recommend a car as it is far away from a beach, the mountains and other things to do and train takes ages

My friend and I stayed for 5 days at the Campanile Sesquieres and everything was excellent. The rooms were clean , en-suite , had a television , tea and coffee and kettle in fact everything you needed for a nice break. We were there as two Welsh football fans to watch the Wales v Russia game. The staff at the hotel were fantastic , the chambermaids and the reception staff. They helped us sort out transport to the town centre, told us where to visit in Toulouse and really helped my friend retrieve his lost luggage from Toulouse airport. The hotel also has a lovely restaurant with delicious daily special menus. The only problem with the Campanile was its location , it was quite far from the city centre and it was very difficult to find a late evening taxi to return to the hotel. However, we managed somehow to get back every night!!!
This hotel is highly recommended and an extremely worthwhile place to stay on a short break.Merci beaucoup Campanile Sesquieres !

This Campanile is very close to the Autoroute in Toulouse Nord. Here is also a Premiers Classe, but Campanile better value in our opinion. The H/Motel has what you need. to be comfortable and nothing more. The restaurant is nice and good food at reasonable price.

Room tip: Ask for room at the quiet side (and it is quiet). Other side can be noisy due to Autoroute very close.
