Rather liked the hotel for a one night stay. It was a great location near the Metro and a nice plaza, staff was welcoming (though the check-in form was bafflingly detailed), and the room rather spacious and comfortable. However, our room was in a wing, and for much of the day the door to the dumpster downstairs was left open, so the only thing one could smell in much of the hallway was garbage. The scent didn't make it into the room but it certainly was unpleasant on the way.

we were there, 25th to 28th november 2013, good breakfast for £16 euros, good, free, wifi, parking is about 50 metres away with a special rate, which saves about 3 euros from the usual 19 euros for 24 hours, on street parking seems to be dissuaded in Toulouse. very central, quiet and functional, and our rooms were really quiet (154 - 155) on the minus side- the corridors on the 1st floor really smell of old bins, every day for 3 days a really terrible stink and the service in the bar downstairs is either really discreet or non existant

Room Tip: no view but 154 and 155 are quiet

This newly renovated hotel offers an excellent location. We were upgraded to a Suite overlooking Place Wilson. We experienced no issues with noise whatsoever. The suite offered us a vast amount of space and the new bathroom was very stylish as was the overall interior décor.

This is a great hotel. Reception check in was good, the rooms were clean. Gym (small but ok) and Spa looked nice - I didn't use it. Has a nice modern bar. Rooms clean and bright. The only issue was my room - 152 - was noisy from the street. Loud party goers till 2am, the singing bin men at 5am and the clattering delivery vans at 6am. Apart from that it was good. Not sure how to advise but definatley ask for a quiet room. Location very good.

Room Tip: As for a quiet one.

There are very few better locations for central Toulouse than this hotel (I lived in the area for 2 years). The place Wilson is next to a couple of lively areas but the design of the hotel meant that it was quiet. The lobby, including a very nice bar area is fantastic and I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist who upgraded me to an executive room because of my loyalty status. I requested a wake up call and taxi for the morning (both worked well). The room was spacious for a city centre hotel, but had a few issues. The TV could not be controlled from the bed, it was too far for the remote control. The bathroom was large but had few towels and the minibar I discovered was free 5 minutes before checking out when I dialed reception to check the price! There were a couple of comfy chairs and a sofa in the room. For tall people like me, there are a few issues with low ceilings in places on the 4th floor and I had to duck a few times. That said, I would probably return to this hotel in the future but would ask for a differently appointed room.
