We stayed for three nights in a superior room looking over the Place Wilson. The hotel is perfectly located near to all sights and shopping facilities. There are many restaurants and bars situated either around the hotel or within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The hotel is exceptionally clean. Our room was not large but adequate. The staff were very friendly and helped us with information requests every time. Breakfast offered a very good choice of hot and cold food and served in a lovely glass atrium covered room. Overall, highly recommended.

This is the ninth hotel we've stayed at in Toulouse over the past years. To be honest for such a big and buzzy city the hotels are not that brilliant! You get business functional or small boutique but nothing tip top. The highest rated is not in a great location, the 'grandest' is rather tired and worn out the pretty ones by the river are tricky to access and not close to parking.
The chain hotels are on the whole boring!

So ..... At least this Novotel is a) in a good central location b) close to a big car park where they get a preferential rate. c) newly refurbished with good bathrooms, excellent lighting, lots of plugs, big flat screen tv d) clean e) good and helpful staff on reception f) there's a sauna/gym etc

The less good things ..... a) there is a pervading smell of cooking in the air almost as if it's coming through the air conditioning. It bothered me but not my husband! b) the rooms are small. Perfectly formed but small. Do not get a standard room unless you are travelling alone. c) for a 4* hotel the towels should be bigger and fluffier and there should be an umbrella in the room or at least some available for guests at reception.

Our room faced an internal area so was nice and quiet. Not sure but I think it could be quite noisy at the front overlooking Place Wilson.

I'm running out of places to try so, all things considered, I'll probably stay here again next time!

Room Tip: Don't get a standard room if you want to be able to walk around! Place Wilson is busy so either a high floor room or interior facing if quiet is important.

Hotel is in a convenient location and well appointed for the price point. Bar / Lounge area is large and comfortable. Staff are not the greatest but will do for the price. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable and have all the necessar amenities for a business stay. Conveniently connected to Capoul Retaurant so you don't have to go far to grab a decent meal

This hotel is an oasis of calm in an ideal location for taking in the major sites in the city centre. We stayed during very cold weather and it was always a pleasure to step into the warm and welcoming foyer. However, if you crave character, look elsewhere.

First time stay in this hotel on a recent business trip to Toulouse. Very nice, modern, clean, helpful staff. Excellent central city location that affords easy walking access to restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing.
