Our family room was clean and comfortable. The toilet is separated from the bath. Lot of room for storage. Nice kitchenette with everything you may need to make a meal. Laundry room on -1F. The staff is ok. The hotel is located at 15 min walk from the train station, there were lots of people hanging out on the street, acting weird and yelling which was a little bit intimidating. But on the right to the supermarket that's around the corner and 10 min walk to the restaurants were much better. Will stay there again.

I am currently staying at the Privilege in Toulouse France. Last Trip I stayed at the Mecure.

While I have no real complaints about either hotel, I really enjoy the Privilege much more. It had a pool, fitness room, and a kitchenette.

The mecure didn't and they were the same price.

The mecure is a bit closer to more resturants.
The privilege is still close though and I enjoyed the service much more.

There are my thoughts.

Room Tip: I dont really have a tip for a room, however I have noticed that the sheets in every hotel Ive stayed at in Toulouse don't breathe. They make me sweat at night.

Fantastic rooms for the money. Location might be dicey for some....red light area. Staff was great. Close to everything.

Room Tip: End units are best. The two room units are worth the money.......great pool.

Clean, friendly, helpful, attentive. Room was spacious and kitchen user friendly. We had a family room. Our room had tv as well as the lounge area where the kids shared a sofa bed. We had a small private outside section with table and chairs 2. Bathroom was lovely with excellent shower and nice bath. We made use of the sauna, pool and small but well equipped gym. Great location, walked everywhere.

My room was large, modern, and quite well maintained (though not perfect), the common areas are upscale and modern as well, lots of light, glass, and colors. The pool area is smallish but looked nice (I didn't try the pool). The hotel is set back from the street with a building inbetween, so it is surprisingly quiet for the location. Rue Bayard itself is kind of dodgy in spots - a mix of various stores, shops, and housing - to be expected fairly close to the train station - but it's not run-down or dangerous. On the upside, the location is great - 400m to the train and bus station (with frequent connections to the airport for €5, save yourself the €35 for the taxi), and 400m - 800m to the pedestrian zone and center square. Toulouse is a great place for strolling.
