We chose this charming little hotel as a stopover whilst travelling down to Barcelona via Andorra. Beautiful setting, overlooking the river and the town. Patrick and Francoise were wonderful hosts, and made us feel very welcome. Lots of choice for local restaurants, all within walking distance. Clean, comfortable room, overlooking the superb courtyard garden Francoise has created. Parking on site which was a bonus. Patrick serves up a good beer, which we enjoyed outside taking in the view of the river and mountains. All in all, a superb little hotel, would thoroughly recommend as a stop over or for an extended stay for walking or cycling holidays. Merci Patrick et Francoise!

We stayed three nights. We didn’t have breakfast, preferring a takeaway croissant from the boulangerie opposite with a cafe coffee, but we had an excellent beer each night there before going out to dinner. The room was old fashioned but clean and comfortable with a good WiFi signal and shower pressure. The real advantage is the location, right on the river in effectively what is a cul de sac just off the Main Street. Parking is in a tight little car park round the back but was below our room which was perfect. There’s a little courtyard as well as tables on the river side. They are welcoming, helpful and unobtrusive.

Perfect location, wonderful welcome and very comfortable. We travelled with 2 kids 9&11 and stayed in the family room. Clean, free wifi in the room, brekky included and lots of pillows on comfortable beds. Free parking right next to hotel. Decor a bit dated but only adds to the charm. Highly recommend

First, the hotel is a beautiful historic building with views over the river, the room was lovely, spacious and clean, the hospitality was excellent. Patrick couldn't do enough to help. There is secure storage for bikes and a hearty breakfast to carb up for the day. I'd definitely stay here again and hope l will.

Spent 3 nights here while doing some excellent hiking in the Ariège - Tarascon is within easy reach of great walking regions.
The hotel is centrally located on the banks of the river and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are quite small and simple (a couple of big trolleys took up a lot of the available space) but they are functional and very clean, breakfast is good and the WiFi is far better than many bigger places. Parking is limited to 4 or 5 vehicles, and maneuvering in and out can be a challenge - but not a major issue.

If you are in the region for a few days or just passing through, I can recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here again
