We have been visiting this restaurant for many years and it is one of our favourites in the area. Always a friendly welcome, several menus to choose from which are very reasonably priced. The chef always uses the freshest ingredients. The elegant dining room is in one of Albi's old buildings with a shady inner courtyard where one can dine out in the summer. Our meal consisted of an amuse-bouche of home-made terrine and chutney, followed by oysters, and then delicious turbot with a beurre-blanc and parsley sauce. For dessert, apple pie. We treated ourselves to half a bottle of champagne to go with the oysters, and as usual I had a bottle of Leffe beer. Well worth a visit!
