“Very powerful and moving place.”
Reviewed February 3, 2013

What can you says about this hallowed ground that has not been said before. If you are visiting the Normandy Beaches then time cementery is a must. Wondering throughout the cementery and viewing the monuments is peaceful but surreal. Very moving place. The Museum is also very interesting.

“Very Sobering Site.”
Reviewed January 28, 2013

A beautiful, peaceful, thought provoking place kept in AMAZING condition, not a leaf out of place.
I'm not one for doing "touristy" visits, this is just a site to behold in awe of the poor guys who gave up their lives for others freedom.

“Truly Powerful. Gorgeous views and so calm.”

A must visit while you are in Normandy. The Cemetery places some of the sacrifice of our boys during the war in context.

“Meuse-Argonne American Cemetery”
Reviewed January 8, 2013

This place is stunningly beautiful, immaculate and deserted! It is a bowl or, more accurately, up both sides of a valley. It is huge and very moving as you see the sea of white crosses. This is a must see if you are in the area.

“Tribute to American Sacrifice”
Reviewed November 13, 2012

Absolutely beautiful, solemn memorial to the Americans who died here in WWI. 16,000 graves in a quiet spot, surrounded by woods and beautiful chapel.
