We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. By European standards it is a good-sized apartment. It easily sleeps 4 in the two bedrooms and you could cram another person on the couch. The host has tried to provide everything you might need. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washer. He even thought of a shopping bag. He provides a laptop in case you didn't bring your own. Wi-Fi is free. Underground parking is free. All that makes this a very good deal.
Keep in mind this is an apartment not a hotel. Furnishings are plain and simple. This is not a luxury establishment. But it is clean and comfortable and includes just about anything you might need.
It is very well located near the main Square. There is a nice little grocery a few steps down the nearest pedestrian shopping street. There is a good bakery on the corner of the pedestrian shopping street. There is an interesting store that sells only frozen food of its own brand. They have everything from appetizers through desserts. We bought food there for one meal and it was quite good. Maybe not restaurant quality but it cost a lot less and was easy to fix and was quite tasty. There is a terrific restaurant about one minute away. We were in Europe for 13 days and we got our best meal at that restaurant-- Les Copains d'abord.
One word of warning--the apartment is on the second floor (that's the third floor in the American system) and there is no lift. Actually a second word of warning. Depending on how you booked it if it is not prepaid he will ask you to pay cash. There are ATMs nearby.
We would definitely stay here again.
