Decided to try this restaurant when we noticed the soup of the day was a gazpacho with apple and cilantro, which sounded curious and delicious. Happily, it was. Served in a glass with a straw and topped with chantilly creme, it was inventive and perfectly refreshing.
Since the soup was so good, we decided to split the vegetarian pizzan, which was also quite good (and had broccoli on it, which seems unusual to me, but I'm not complaining).
This is a lovely, shady dining area overlooking the square, and is perfect for a light, casual lunch with friends.

Thank Aaron G

Very nice little restaurant right by Stanislas square. We were looking for a place to have lunch and the restaurant looked interesting and inviting. The decor is modern and clean. The menu has an Italian flair with a special French twist. Portions were rather small but the quality was very good, with a nice thought out presentation. We were glad we had spotted this place, definitely recommended for lunch.

I went to L'Arrosoir for lunch. The formule was rather expensive for what I got - boeuf bourgignon with pasta and dessert - 13.9eur. Although meat was well cooked, I don't find it exceptional. The dessert on the other hand was quite sophisticated (ice-cream ball with tiny choclate soufflet and vanilla sauce) and despite it was small, it was quite good. I like the interior - nice strong colours, very clean, pleasant staff. I rate it 'average' because of the main course.

We found this restaurant on a Sunday evening and went in because it looked very busy and popular. We were not disappointed and enjoyed a tasty meal with quick and friendly service. Reasonably priced and quite a good range of items on the menu.
