It calls itself a tea salon, but we were just hot in August & saw an air-conditioned place to order lunch. I wound up with the best gazpacho ever (& I've eaten some great gazpacho before), washed down with an excellent Rousillon wine. Besides being fresh ingredients and perfect seasoning, it came with "fromage glace" -- goat cheese the temperature & texture of vanilla ice cream, fabulous straight & even better mixed into the gazpacho! My wife had some sort of chef salad (they didn't call it that) which was excellent as well. There is also outdoor dining on a cozy side street, if you want. If you are in Perpignan, this place is a must.
