The hotel is beautifully designed. The rooms are very spacious, well furnished and clean. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is a bit scarce and could be improved with more assorted options. However he overall impression is very good so it´s a very good choice to overnight in Perpignan.

The showers did not have a door and water went all over the floor even when we were being careful not to splash water outside. The price was okay for the area and location is close to the bus station which was nice. Some front desk staff were rude to us, maybe because my husband and I looked too young and also a bit disheveled as we had just walked from very far? Others were very friendly though. The breakfast was excellent; however, they need to organize a way to figure out who paid for breakfast because they kept asking if we had paid while we were eating which was kind of rude since we had paid for it. Would be a very nice hotel if the showers were better.

Our staff are proud to work here at the Quality Hotel Centre del Mon and we do pride ourselves on the level of service provided daily to our guests. I am most disappointed to read that you did not experience this and can assure you that I will be following up personally on this element with the teams.

Handy for an early morning train departure, the hotel did exactly what it need to do.
I did not use any of the facilities but the bed was comfortable and the room clean, shower good, plus had air conditioning.
Was not noisy so got a good nights sleep.

One of the best hotel I have been. The cleaning exellent, the staff exellent, the room absolutly quiet and not noise ay all. The breakfast was enough. The parkin very good. The director of the hotel exellent too.

Lovely hotel, ideally situated for travel. Although the hotel is situated in the train station there is no issue with noise. We enjoyed a comfortable 2 night stay.

A particularly unpleasant downside was the breakfast buffet. Upon check-in, no mention was made of the buffet fee, which led us to believe that it was included in the room rate. On the first morning I noticed that the watermelon was off (only after trying it) but to be fair to the hotel, apart from the dark red colouring it would have been tricky to tell that the fruit was out of date without physically eating it- never mind, it's included in the cost we thought. Also, being in France we'd hoped that the cheese would be fresh. This is not the case, the cheese comes in prepackaged plastic sachets. The selection of food is minimum, although they have a good tea/coffee machine. The staff worked incredibly hard to maintain the appearance of the breakfast area and were regularly cleaning the worksurfaces. It's unfortunate that they did not check the quality of the food.

The second morning (which we most definitely would have not have attended, had we known about he additional fee) unfortunately was even worse. Yesterday's watermelon was served up again! This time however, it was clearly evident from the appearance of the fruit that it was passed its use by date. I wish I'd taken a picture. In the large basket of oranges (for the manual OJ machine) there were a number of oranges that were so 'off' that they had blue mould all over them. I couldn't believe it- I indicated to the staff who removed the fruit. Additionally, my husband (who is less than 'picky' with food) opted for cereal as the scrambled eggs could only be described as 'soup'.

Overall, the accommodation is very nice for a short stay but please do not pay for breakfast here- if need be, go to Lidl which is around 10 steps from the hotel.

Upon check-out, the receptionist announced that breakfast for 2 days for 2 people would cost us 52euros! We raised our concerns and she removed the fee for the second morning. We accepted this, however we would have been well within our rights to deny them payment for both mornings. On this level, our experience of the customer service was also poor.

Regarding the choice of our packaged cheeses it is simply a measure of hygiene and non-waste food, we are sorry that you displease you ...
Be aware that we have taken your remarks into consideration and that we do every day the maximum to satisfy our customers.
Please also note that we offer 2 other breakfast packages at € 5 & € 8.
