We ate at l'Arago when we visited for les Jeudis de Perpignan...street music and theatre on Thursday nights during July and August. Yes, it is a large menu, but our food was fresh and arrived quickly (we had just waited 45 minutes at another restaurant, wihout even a basket of bread to keep us going), we stuck to salads and steaks, which were good and we didn't have to wait ages to be seated. We sat outside and so were in prime viewing position for wonderful street performances (although also shared the air with many cigarette smokers and I hate coming home smelling of fag smoke); staff were efficient and friendly and it's a good safe bet.
