Wonderfully creative food and an attentive, friendly staff ensured that I had a great evening at Le Grillardin.
The salmon tartare and the foie gras with strawberries were both to die for delicious. They also have a nice selection of local wines to go with whatever you may choose to eat.
The square on which the restaurant is located is very lively at night.
Note: most restaurants in Montpellier don't start serving dinner until 19:30 (7:30pm), at the earliest, so don't plan on an early dinner!
Be sure to reserve, because they book up fast!
