What a beautiful vineyard and Chateau. I happened to be the only person there today - as it was the first really warm Saturday of May and I was told everyone had gone to the beach. So, Madeleine spent extra time with - speaking slowly so that I could understand her French. We tasted five incredible wines and I came back to my apartment (by bike) with a bottle of delicious 2008 Cuvee Colbert tucked into my camelback! I would highly recommend a visit here

We visited the Chateau as part of a business trip and were blown away by the evening, a fascinating tour of the house and grounds followed by a super wine tasting session. I along with my colleagues came away with a good selection of wine which I then needed to get in my case to come home!

Henri was knowledgeable and entertaining and I have to say, the tapestries were stunning.

I now want to go back with my family, they will love this.

I booked a wine-tasting, tour and buffet for a large group of friends. What a glorious day we had! The chateau is magical, and Madeleine, our guide, is both knowledgeable and entertaining. Pierre, our host, treated us to an informative and enjoyable wine-tasting after which we had a sumptuous buffet. All this was rounded off by the opportunity to spend the afternoon strolling and relaxing in the beautiful gardens. I would say visiting the chateau could easily be the highlight of anyone's visit to Montpellier!

Our visit here was one of the best! Madeleine guided us through a tour of the grounds and Chateau which is the home of Count and Countess Henri de Colbert. We then had a talk and wine tasting by their son Pierre de Colbert which was both informative and enjoyable, this was followed by the most amazing buffet organised by his wife. We ate in the courtyard and were allowed to continue to enjoy our visit with walks in the gardens.
A fabulous experience, which I am sure I can say, was enjoyed by us all.

We had a great time there. Our guide was so nice and kind, she always tried to speak slowly in French to make sure that everybody understand everything. It was really interesting and memorable, we had so much fun. The wine tasting was a great experience and we learnt a lot as well. :) Thank you!
